Postatron is a personal tool used by a single operator to create eBay listings from photos and voice notes. It is not a public service and has no other users.
Postatron handles photos and short audio notes the operator captures, the listing text generated from them, and a connection to the operator's own eBay account stored as an encrypted token.
Photos and audio are sent to processing providers (Groq for speech-to-text, Anthropic for turning the description into listing fields) only to draft the listing. Photos are hosted so eBay can fetch them when a listing is published. The eBay connection is used only to create and read the operator's own listings.
Data is stored on Cloudflare. The eBay access token is encrypted at rest.
Data is never sold or shared for marketing. The only third parties are the processing providers named above and eBay itself, solely to perform the listing task.
The operator can delete listings and their associated photos and audio at any time. To remove all data or revoke the eBay connection, contact the address below.
